A banda Black Rain da França pratica um Sleaze/hard rock, e neste EP com três faixas, que serve como aperitivo para o álbum "License to Thrill" que logo será lançado, diferenciando um pouco do seu primeiro lançamento auto-intitulado que era mais metal.
Podemos perceber que a banda bebe da fonte dos anos 80 em suas composições contidas neste EP, lembrando Guns 'n' Roses(da fase Appetite for Destruction), Motley Crue e Ratt, tanto musicalmente quanto visualmente, mostrando habilidade em seus respectivos instrumentos, com boas composições e produção.
Se você só conhece bandas de Sleaze vindas da Suécia, temos essa grande revelação da França, um país sem muito tradição no estilo, mas Black Rain provou que pode dar o que falar se mater o ritmo no seu álbum que está por vir.
Cheque as três canções contidas neste EP, todas são excelentes, "Innocence Rosie" é a primeira, e posso dizer que essa me lembrou o Crashdiet. Em "Rock your City" a banda mostra grande trabalho nas guitarras e solos, com grande refrão, lembrando a novata banda Dirty Penny, grande canções nos moldes anos 80, refrão certeiro que você já sai cantando.
Ainda temos a excelente "N.a.s.t.y", impossivel se decepcionar e não se empolgar com ela e as outras faixas, altamente recomendado para quem curte um som energético e com atitude.
Aguardemos o álbum completo, pois tudo indica que poderá sair muita coisa boa desta banda.

Black Rain is from France and practices a Sleazy/hard rock, on this EP with three tracks, that is most like an appetizer for the album "License to Thrill" that will be released soon, distinguishing a bit of their first self-titled release which was more metal.
We can notice the band drinks the 80s spring in the compositions contained on this EP, much alike Guns 'n' Roses during the Appetite for Destruction phase, Motley Crue and Ratt, so musically as visually, showing the band’s abilities in respectives instruments, with good compositions and production.
If you know Sleazy band from Sweden, we have this great french revelation, a country without tradition when it comes to this genre, but Black Rain proved itself if keep the rhythm on the upcoming release.
Check the three songs avaliable on this EP out, all of them are excellent, "Innocence Rosie" is the first, and allow me to say this one remind me of Crashdiet. In "Rock your City" the bands shows a great work on guitars and solos, with great refrain, reminding the newcomer band Dirty Penny, great songs in the 80s models, right refrain which makes you sing a long.
We still have the excellent "N.a.s.t.y", impossible to disappoint you and not to carry you off with this and the other ones, highly recommended for those who likes an energetic sound with attitude. Let’s wait for the complete album, because it denotes that is too much good thing coming from this band.
