Hungryheart - Hungryheart

A banda Hungryheart pode te confundir ao ouvir o hard rock bem americano dos anos 80 praticado pelo quarteto, pois apesar das semelhanças no vocal ou no instrumental, trata-se de uma banda italiana de hard rock, e facilmente enganaria o ouvinte ao deparar com o som incorpado e oitentista da banda, bem nos moldes americano do estilo.
Você encontrará algumas semelhanças de bandas como Bon Jovi, Bad English, Trixter e algo de Firehouse, boas influências não faltam no debut do Hungryheart, além de seu próprio talento, pois parece fácil criar músicas que te prendem e baladas bem feitas, mas não é, a banda não deixou a desejar nestes quesitos.
A banda é formada por Josh Zighetti – Lead Vocals, Mario Percudani – Guitars, Background Vocals, Lead Vocals on track 4, Lele Meola – Bass , Emilio “Pingo” Sobacchi – Drums. Vale ressaltar o vocal de Josh Zighetti, que em alguns momentos lembra Paul Laine(ex-Danger Danger) e Robert Mason(ex-Lynch Mob e Big Cock) e os belos riffs e solos de Mario Percudani, mostrando-se eficaz também nos vocais na bela faixa a la Bon Jovi "Hang on to Me". Há outra com essa semelhança "Innocent Tears", uma das mais legais do cd.
No total são 11 faixas do mais puro hard rock, incluindo um cover do Michael Bolton "Gina", que ficou legal, mas as faixas próprias que são os destaques do álbum, como já é mostrado na faixa de abertura "Rock City" a la Danger Danger, as já comentadas a cima, além de "Breath Away", se não for a melhor, está entre as melhores do álbum.
Excelente estréia do Hungryheart, grande supresa vinda da Itália e muito recomendado.

Hungryheart may confuse you when you listen to an American hard rock from the 80s played by the quartet, because there are some vocal and instrumental resemblance, we deal here with an Italian hard rock band that easily deceives the audience with their dense 80s sound like the American ones.
You’ll find some similarity to the bands like Bon Jovi, Bad English, Trixter and a bit of Firehouse, good influences are present on Hungryheart’s debut, besides their own talent, ‘cause it seems to be easy for them to create sticky songs and well don ballads, but it isn’t, in this point the band it’s not far from being what you might wish.
The band is formed by Josh Zighetti – Lead Vocals, Mario Percudani – Guitars, Background Vocals, Lead Vocals on track 4, Lele Meola – Bass , Emilio “Pingo” Sobacchi – Drums. It’s worth to point Josh Zighetti’s vocals out, that in some moments reminds me of Paul Laine(ex-Danger Danger) and Robert Mason(ex-Lynch Mob and Big Cock) and Marios Percudani’s pretty riffs and solos, showing itself effective also on vocals on the pretty track a la Bon Jovi "Hang on to Me". There’s another resemblance with "Innocent Tears", one of the coolest one.
There are 11 of the pure hard rock, incluiding a Michael Bolton cover "Gina", cool, but their own tracks are the cherry of the cake, as in the opening "Rock City" a la Danger Danger, those comment above and "Breath Away", if it’s not the best, certainly is on of them.
This is an excellent debut from Hungryheart, and a great surprise coming from Italy, and it’s well recommended.
